| The xSkills University deals with the topics of international cultural dimensions and intercultural competences.
Wherever executives, staff or organizations go to an international park, the dimensions of a culture play an important role. Every employee or manager in a different culture treats his day-to-day business according to his own framework of action, which is defined by the culture. No one is freed from it, and in most cases the persons who act are not even aware of it. Your own behavior is taken as a matter of course. You will find a whole series of documents and learning materials on this page. The courses and counseling units at xSkills University can help you move around in other cultures, the opposite of which is derived from another cultures so that a common context arises. Die xSkills University beschäftigt sich mit den Themen der internationalen Kulturdimensionen und interkulturellen Kompetenzen.
Wo immer Führungskräfte, Personal oder Organisationen sich auf ein internationales Parket begeben spielen die Dimensionen einer Kultur eine große Rolle. Jeder Mitarbeiter oder Führungskraft in einer anderen Kultur behandelt sein Tagesgeschäft nach dem ihm eigenen Handlungsrahmen der von der Kultur vorgegeben wird. Niemand ist davon befreit und in den meisten Fällen sind die handelnden Personen sich dessen nicht einmal bewusst. Zu selbstverständlich ist das Eigenverständnis.
